All the things i wish i had known

Dear Meeting Room

A space for all the career reflections you wish you had been prepared for.

The path so far…

I have always been very curious about navigating life in the workplace. The unwritten rules, roles, relations and everything that happens in between the meetings. All of these things that you are in no way prepared for, when stepping into your first job, business travel, a new role or simply a new event at work.

I’ve changed jobs a few times, had promotions and tried moving to a new country. I have stood behind the cash register in the local supermarket, and in the boardroom of multi-billion dollar companies. But the doubts, questions and second-guessing of decisions never really stopped. They just evolved.

Today I work as a leader in an international company that specializes in sales and production within the FMCG segment where I manage strategic markets across the world, lead a talented team. But even now with more experience than ever, i still find my self reflecting on the most simple tings and everyday moments.

Maybe its just part of the journey. Maybe everyone goes through it? I don’t know. But Dear Meeting Room is my way of giving those moments and voice and giving you a window in to all the thoughts and reflections I’ve had, and still have every single day.
